Terms of Use

Deposit:

A deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required. Only after receiving the deposit will the booking be confirmed and a reservation made.

The remaining payment plus a local tourist tax is due on site.

The tourist tax is €1.90 per person per night. Individuals aged 15 and above are subject to the tax (children up to 14 years are exempt).

Cancellation policy:

• In case of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30.00% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of cancellation at least 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70.00% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 90.00% of the total amount will be charged.
